Hi everyone. Cyp is Alive Again! (Mat Maher song ya) We're going through changes and this month we've had a membership drive at Holy Spirit Catholic Church. It went well. I got all stressed for nothing. After it was over, I felt, "alive again" because I sweated the small stuff. Yet, today, Sun May 2, it's going to rain on our parade. However, our faithful crew has prayed to Mary, Jesus & St Philomena. We're on the right track with serving our Lord through serving each other and when it rains, it's His will. To truly be alive, I am finding, it means to really rely and trust Jesus' response - and not to be afraid of it or not getting what I want. As if not getting what I want is the end of the world. Cyp continues to grow and we're trying to get the word out about us, who we are, and what we're about. I am finding that to reduce stress, I've got to follow Jesus' lead in this sense: pray, ask for help and stop worrying about the out-come. It will be what it will be, God's will. I just have to trust.
